Work on fundamental skills in this four-day all-girls basketball camp.

 

Coach's Bio

Larry Farmer is the Head Varsity Basketball Coach for Woodlands Academy of the Sacred Heart. His methodology includes a focus on the development of fundamentals through his thought-based approach, emphasis on positive intensity and inspiration, and growth in community through leadership, respect, and hard work. Coach Farmer comes from an extensive and rigorous background in Basketball, as he was a member of the three-time NCAA national champion team, the UCLA Bruins, coached by John Wooden. He was drafted by the NBA Cleveland Cavaliers and the ABA Denver Nuggets before pursuing his professional playing career in Germany. He then transitioned to the sideline as a coach. Coach Farmer is a veteran coach of nearly 40+ years. He compiled a 166-179 record over his 12 combined seasons with UCLA, Weber State, and Loyola-Chicago. He has also coached collegiately at the University of Hawaii, Rhode Island, North Carolina State, Western Michigan, and professionally with the Golden State Warriors and overseas in Kuwait.
