Merit scholarships are based on various criteria including: academic performance, community service, extracurricular engagement, and commitment to a Sacred Heart education. Priority for merit scholarships will be given to applicants who take the HSPT (High School Placement Test) at Woodlands on December 5, 2020.
Head of School Scholarship recognizes an outstanding student who is motivated both by a love of learning and by a respect for intellectual values. Her application, academic record, recommendations, extracurricular achievements, Shadow Day Visit or interview, and HSPT score must reflect these distinctive qualities.
Barat Merit Scholarship is awarded to a student who has distinguished herself as an outstanding scholar. Criteria includes strong HSPT score, high academic achievement, extracurricular leadership, and affirming interview or Shadow Day Visit.
The Goals & Criteria Scholarship recognizes a student who embodies the Goals & Criteria of a Sacred Heart education. The student application must demonstrate these qualities and indicate her potential to contribute to the school community.
The Sacred Heart Scholarship is awarded to all incoming 9th grade students who are graduates of a U.S. Sacred Heart Network school and wish to continue their Sacred Heart education through high school.
Alumnae Merit Scholarships are awarded to daughters and granddaughters of alumnae who demonstrate outstanding academic achievement, extracurricular engagement, and service to their communities.
