2027-2028 Academic Year
Class of 2031 Entrance Exam
Woodlands will administer the Catholic High School Entrance Exam (HSPT) on our campus. Students should test at their first-choice school to be considered for merit scholarships. If testing accommodations are needed, please submit current documentation (IEP, 504 Plan, etc.) by Friday, November 13.
- Registration Opens: Friday, November 13, 2026
- Entrance Exam: Saturday, December 5, 2026 @ 8:00 a.m.
Application for Admission
Our online application includes student and parent information, a brief student essay, and academic records (7th and 8th grade transcripts and standardized test scores).
- Opens: September 1, 2026
- Priority Deadline: January 15, 2027
Financial Aid & Scholarships
Woodlands is committed to making an exceptional Sacred Heart education possible for qualified students. Families may apply for tuition support through Woodlands' Family Individualized Tuition (FIT) program.

Priority Admission Notifications
- Admission decisions and scholarship notifications will be released: February 26, 2027
Transfer Applicants
We welcome transfer students as space allows. Applicants should be in good academic and disciplinary standing and aligned with the Sacred Heart mission.
- Fall 2026 Transfers: Apply by August 3, 2026
- Mid-Year 2026–2027 Transfers: December 1, 2026
