Family Individualized Tuition

A Sacred Heart education at Woodlands Academy is an investment in a young woman’s future, one that nurtures intellectual curiosity, confidence, leadership, faith, and a commitment to serve others. At Woodlands Academy, we believe that talented students who are eager to grow and contribute to our community should not see tuition as a barrier to attending.

Our Family Individualized Tuition (FIT) program is designed to make a Woodlands Academy education affordable by tailoring tuition to each family’s unique financial circumstances. Through this personalized approach, many families discover that a Woodlands education is more attainable than they initially expected.

Students currently enrolled at Woodlands Academy come from 48 U.S. ZIP codes, 12 countries, and a wide range of economic backgrounds. Nearly 40% receive individualized tuition assistance. We believe each student brings her own gifts, perspectives, and talents, strengthening the vibrant Woodlands community, regardless of her economic circumstance.

The tuition listed below reflects the full tuition rate and serves as a starting point as you consider enrollment at Woodlands. Through the FIT program, families pay tuition at a level that is in alignment with their financial situation.

Family Individualized Tuition (FIT) Application Steps

Applications are currently open for the 2026-2027 school year.  We continue to accept and review applications and seek to share the funds that remain available.

1. To prepare to apply, collect the required supporting documents: most recent paystubs and W-2 forms for all jobs; most recently filed tax return (1040, 1040A, 1040EZ with all schedules), most recently filed Business Tax return if applicable, and any supplemental income documentation (social security, child support, 1099M forms, workers compensation, unemployment, veterans benefits, etc.).
2. Visit Clarity Financial Aid and create an account or log in if you already have an account.
3. Complete the required information and submit the required documentation.
4. Once your information is processed, Woodlands Academy will receive a recommendation from Clarity, which will then be reviewed by our FIT Committee. Using the recommendation and all other qualitative information provided by the family, the FIT Committee will determine a sustainable rate of tuition that prioritizes tuition as a top financial commitment but does not exceed your budget. Fairness and confidentiality are at the heart of this process.
