Woodlands Academy is situated on 41 acres of lush woods and ravines in east Lake Forest, IL, about 30 miles (48 kilometers) north of the city of Chicago.

The Gloria Dei Center (pictured here) was designed by Dirk Lohan, the grandson of famed architect Ludwig Mies van der Rohe. It has approximately 20,000 square feet of floor space on three levels. There are two large reception rooms ideal for wedding receptions or large corporate meetings, as well as numerous conference rooms and break-out rooms for smaller gatherings.

Outside space, including the beautiful cupola, can be incorporated into your rental as well.

Soccer fields, practice fields, and a softball diamond round out the outdoor options for sports practices and birthday parties.
