Woodlands Announces Mothers' and Fathers' Club Officers, Fundraiser Chairs

The Mothers’ and Fathers’ Clubs of Woodlands Academy of the Sacred Heart in Lake Forest have announced new officers and fundraiser chairs for the 2007-08 academic year. Serving as Mothers’ Club president is Kathi Hudson of Lake Forest. Jill McClusky of Evanston is vice-president; Cindy Broten of Lake Forest is secretary; and Susie Hoffman of Lake Forest is treasurer.

Chris Denniston of Lake Forest and Jill McClusky of Evanston will co-chair Winter WonderWalk, the Mothers’ Club annual holiday gift boutique and tour of Lake Forest homes, which will be held on December 5.

Gayle McGowean of Chicago and Nancy Saucier of Lake Forest will chair Congé, Woodlands’ annual spring gala fundraiser. Congé, featuring a dinner dance and live and silent auctions, will be held at The Exmoor Club, Highland Park, on April 19.

Serving as Fathers’ Club president is Dave Tolmie of Lake Forest. Fathers’ Club class representatives are Chris Carlson, Reid Hoekstra, and Dave Wardell, all of Lake Forest; and Jeff McClusky of Evanston.

Members of the Woodlands Mothers’ and Fathers’ Clubs make vital contributions to Woodlands as organizers and volunteers for the school’s annual community-building events and fundraisers.
